OPlayer plays almost any file formats in your iDevice, no need to spend several hours to convert your videos.

So I presume your device is jailbroken?

In iFile, if you click on a video file it should give you a list of options to open it, including oPlayer. If you choose that it will copy the video into oPlayer's documents folder, in an "Inbox" subfolder, and open it.

I know files are copied to inbox...So the app/doc/inbox dir is my defaut media folder(lnk). What you told me above just works for mp4. The avi files (other formats yet to be tested) cannot be opened externally...Is oplayer not registered to associate with avi by default?

Works well here, I just tested.
If I open iFile, navigate to a folder where I have an AVI file and tap on it, I get oPlayer in the choices. If I press that it copies the video into oPlayer's Inbox folder, and playback starts like it should...

Does that one file open if you choose it from within oPlayer?
