Oplayer lite and heavy

Hello, all my movies are on Oplayer lite and I have just purchased the normal version.

How do I know transfer my movies from one to the other. They are all in sub folders.

Copy all the videos from the Lite version to the PC, then copy them back to the HD version...unfortunately Apple restrictions don't give another choice.
