Micro pauses

Hello.

On iPad, since recently, the application has micro pauses or hiccups every few minutes. iPad has been cleared and or restarted several times and it still continues. Has anyone else experienced this, is this an app problem, or is there something I can do?

I want to add that it pauses on movies residing on the iPad. This is not about streaming.
