Icant open Oplayer lie

Hello excuse my bad English. when I touch the screen to open OPlayer lite on my iphone 4 Ios 7.1.2 opens and closes instantly. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and repeat the same mistake. I have verified that is open in the background but more that I want to bring it to the screen will not let me. Please give me some advice. Thanks
