[FIXED]Can't transfer files Via 2.4ghz Wifi

2.4GHz signal
and
5.0GHz signal
when im connected to the 2.4ghz one i can't reach the website to transfer files.
when im connected to the 5.0ghz one i can reach the website and transfer files.
is there a bug i'm not acknowledged of or is there a problem in my iphone or router?
UPDATE:
FIXED!
Wireless isolation was on so only connection to internet was available
