Drag and drop folder with files inside from O Player to PC

Postby jthabaut » Fri Oct 20, 2017 8:53 am

Hi All,

Recently I decided to clean my phone so I tried drag and drop files from my O Player app (Iphone 7) using Itunes.
All the folders cannot be open in itunes and I cannot either drag and drop those folders on my computer.
Drag and drop works for files which are not inside a folder.
Anyone knows how can I get back folders please?

ps: I am using O Player and O player lite ( I have both on my phone)

Hi,

Thanks for your quick reply.
I did install the new itune 12.7 on my PC.
I can see there is no more error msg when I try to drag and drop on the PC.
However it's still not working. I can drag the folder but when I drop it on my desktop it will never appear, like nothing is happening.
Also It's not possible to visit the folder to see what files are inside from iTunes Oplayer.
Thanks again for your help.

not know the root cause, have you tried to use save to button in the iTunes instead of drag?
