DIVX restoration after purchase

I can't find a real "support" address, so I guess this forum is it.

I have used oPlayerHD lite for a while now, including purchasing the decoders. I decided recently to "do the right thing" and (as it urges) pay to support development. BIG MISTAKE. I can no longer play most of my videos - because it wants me to AGAIN purchase the decoders. I have tried to do the "restore previous purchases" button. However, it comes back and says it cannot find anything (even though the account is the same). Best guess - the paid for version doesn't know to look at DIVX for the unpaid version. ??!!??

FWIW, the order number for DIVX was MSG285H91K, on 2/13/2018. The oPlayer HD purchase was not cheap (as iPad Apps go), and to be asked to purchase (without prior warning) the decoders again ... well, I find it hard to believe that OLIM would treat customers that way.

sorry, but yes, one app can't restore other app's in-app purchase.
