View Windows Media Player on iPad

I am working to have the ability to watch the following link on my iPad:

http://streams.leg.state.fl.us/stations/MBR/UNI/stream3.asx

It says you need Windows Media Viewer to watch it.

Any advice and insight on how i can accomplish this would be greatly appreciated!

in fact it is a mms streaming, you can use a text editor to open this file, next update will support mms streaming
