How to download files directly from web into Oplayer?

Hi,

I was wondering if there is away to download audio and video files directly off the web into Oplayer (of course given direct urls of playable audio and video files)? Something like how the GoodReader allows users to do given its browser. Since Oplayer has a browser too so it should be able to do it. Would appreciate some help even if it is a naive question and I am missing something basic.

Appreciated and regards,

Parhakoo

If you have setup your own web server, and your file in the web server is in the format as http://xxx/xxx.avi
you can use OPlayer build-in browser to browser files and play.

Thanks for this. However I meant browsing and downloading audio and video files off the web on servers other than my own PC, such as FTP server of my Internet service provider, which hosts audio and video files. Thanks.
