I must say that the apps sounds promising but one can barely find enough info on how to get it going nor what are the exact purposes and differences between OPlayer and AirPlayer.

If I want to stream videos (via WiFi) from my pc to my iphone, do I need OPlayer or AirPlayer??

Please enlighten on what's what so I can finally understand which app to get.

Thanks!

OPlayer support HTTP streaming and support FTP/SAMBA protocol to download files and play media files locally.
While AirPlayer is a DLNA/UPnP client to streaming Music/Movie/Photos for a media server.

Ok, so you can't stream videos from your PC to your iPhone with Oplayer, but you can download them to the app with FTP.

"AirPlayer is a DLNA/UPnP client to streaming Music/Movie/Photos for a media server"

Does that mean you can stream from say... WMP media server to the iPhone using AirPlayer?
