Problem with subtitle Timing

Hey! I have a little problem with subtitle timing all video its to slow than subtitle, where i can change this? I try to change some id subtitle or 0 to 9 but its doesnt work thx for help

that depends on the subtitle file, it shows the subtitle as described in the subtitle file.
