ariplayer stuttering on ipad 3

i tried to play videos from two media servers - twonky and build in tomato.
same result. mkv 720 is not acceptable, skip frames, stuttering etc.
i tried to change some options in setup , as
skip frame, skip loop, setup 20MB cash file, and turn on dual cpu encoding but
it doesn't work in my case.
or mkv is stuttering, skip frames, or audio and video is desynchronized, and still skip some frames
with avi 720 is one bit better, but still skip some frames as well, is not perfect smoth.

that issue maybe also caused by network environment, iPad3 has the capacity of 720p mkv playback
