How to load external subtitles in MKV files?

How to load external subtitles in MKV files?

like in the topic - what i can see only are the subtitles from the MKV - how can i load external subtitles from .txt file?

currently need the server provide it as a text item and as the same path as the video file.
we may enhace it in the fututure udpate.

are you kiddin me? i paid for working video player and now you tell me that i cant open my subtitle file?

when you gonna make it work? :(

No, we meant if server provided the subtitle file as text item, we supported subtitle already.
but if not provide it, we need find a way to associate the subtitle, so it is a compatibility issue.

so when you planned to solve this issue?
its weird to have a video player without normal option for external subtitles.
Here where i live its a standard and common solution.

AirPlayer supports external subtitle already, but it needs to know the subtitle path of the movie, but some server may not it, so how can we get and load it?
if in oplayer, just download video file and subtitle file to oplayer, it should be loaded ok.
