I have a WD My Cloud NAS drive. Will the AirPlayer iPhone app connect to my 4TB WD MyCloud NAS drivce?

I have mainly FLAC music files on the WD MyCloud NAS drivce. Will the AirPlayer app read FLAC files?

Will it work on a 3G connection and if so is the configuration fairly easy?
