Some tutorials in form of post or video would help.

AirPlayer is an application for streaming video*, music*, photo* from UPnP/DLNA media servers to your Apple iPhone/iPod/iPad.

Some tutorials in form of post or video would help.

Reading a number of these posts it seems like a lot of your customers are stumped when trying to configure the network to work with your app. Some of the responses from the Admin seem argumentative and not helpful at all. It would be a great idea and a lot of help to your admins if you would develop some basic tutorials on how to setup and take advantage of the features your app provides. Your FAQ is lacking and sparse.

if the server is supported, both connects the iPad and media server to the same network, airplayer will auto detect it.
