I don't know where I can find my airplayer version, but the firmware of my iphone is 7.0.4 and my iphone is jailbroken. The video file is .mp4 and the subtitle file is .srt. And I believe I can't use mirroring, is that an problem?

For mirroring you need an iPhone 4GS or later, I just have an iPhone 4G

Yes, only works on 4gs or later models, that's defined by iOS.

try OPlayer.
1)in your iPhone, open wifi transfer
2)in your iPad, open oplayer hd-web browser, access url above.
