Movies never starts playing

I'm having trouble playing movies. I can brows to the .avi but when I play it only gets a "loading" sign.
If i touch the screen i se the name of the movie and its length.
Runing wifi at 11Mb/s. The nas is a Popcorn Hour a110. Noticed that there is a simular entry regarding a 220.

Can you setup a public account for us to test this issue?

Im not sure how to open the firewall and setting up NAT whitout exposing my entire NAS to internet.
