Airplayer over 3g

Postby yoshihiro » Fri Aug 05, 2011 10:44 pm

Hi-
I am able to connect to my twonky 6 on my qnap server via air player over wifi either through my firewall or directly on my local network from my iPhone 4. I am also able to connect to the twonky server via the web browser via 3g. However when I connect to the server via 3g in air player, it is able to find the server and connect, but no folder show up in the media list.

Any ideas?

tia,

I have downloaded the newest version twonky, and added http://My Public IP:9000/TMSDeviceDescription.xml
It works here.
You need to port forward 9000 in your route.
