Seagate Wireless External drive can't see all folders

Using the Seagate Media Sync, select the Drive and choose media sync. Select the top setting for simple ipad sync, this says it will choose files from My Document, go OK then edit Sync Settings, choose the folders to be synced and go next. On the next screen, using the drop choose Sync files for all digital devices, keep all the boxes checked if you want them synced. Sync rules – I selected Use ‘Sync Now’ but there is the option for Sync Automatically. Finish and they sync. One thing I noticed. When I connected to the wireless drive and opened AirPlayer, not all the files were there. However when I went back later on everything was showing.
