TVersity server not detected

Postby cdukes » Thu Dec 02, 2010 3:56 pm

I purchased Airplayer for my iPad, but when I tap refresh, my TVersity server doesn't show up.
I can see the server in all of my PC's, PS3, etc. Just not in Airplayer.

How can I get it working?

Turn off your firewall(if any),and test again.
( "I can see the server in all of my PC's, PS3, etc." ) ,from what you said, it seems not caused by the firewall . Anyway, try it.

If still can't ,please tell
What is the OS you use?
Do you use virtual machine?
Which edition of TVersity(Free or Pro)?

Hi,
I found the problem.
I run a Cisco wireless network here (LWAP) and had to enable the multicast->unicast option in my wireless controller.
Thanks for the help :-)

I had a similar problem, then I set the Tversity settings to "PS3" instead of automatic and it works fine
